We understand that placing a loved one in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) can be expensive, frightening, and some times unrealistic. Allow us to help with providing some extra support while your loved one is home. With our B.O.T.S program we will conduct an assessment, create a treatment plan, and implement home and/or community- based activities.
