EQoL®

About EQoL

EQoL stands for Enhancing Quality of Life. With this program we strive to provide in-home, and community based recreational therapy services to individuals to enhance their quality of life. 

Who benefits from this program?

Individuals diagnosed with developmental or intellectual disabilities. We provide services for individuals as young as 16 months.

How many hours do sessions last?

The length of the sessions is based on the amount of Papa Points delegated to the program. Sessions can be 30-minute sessions to 2-hour sessions daily. The number of days per week is based on the number of Papa Points delegated to the program and the therapist's recommendations.

About B.O.T.S

B.O.T.S stands for Butterflies of the Soul. 

Who benefits from this program?
  • Individuals living with all forms of dementia.
  • Persons living at home.
  • Persons living in communities 

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions can be provided online, in-home, and in the community. Unlike a home health agency, we do not require a minimum time frame. You can request our services from as little as 30 minutes to as long as 3 hours. Based on each individual client’s need we will provide therapeutic activities that cover the 5 domains in recreational therapy. These include social, physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive programs.

About BELOVED?

BELOVED is our family education and support group program. 

Who will benefit from this program?

Caregivers, Caretakers, and Loved ones of individuals diagnosed with

  • Intellectual disabilities
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Dementia

When will support groups and education courses take place?

Support groups are held monthly. Education sessions will be held bimonthly. Please refer to the calendar on the event page for dates and times. 

Price

Support Groups and Educational Sessions are always free to our members. We are here to support you through your journey. 

Contracted CTRS/Activity Professional

Who can hire a contracted CTRS/Activity Professional?

Any CCRC, Nursing Home, or Retirement Center can hire our Certified Recreational Therapists/Activity Professionals. 

Why hire our CTRS/Activity Professionals?

Hiring our CTRS or Activities Professionals allows communities to provide firstclass activities to their residents while not having to provide benefits to our staff.

What services are provided?

Our activity professionals work under the direction our CTRS. They provide activities such as exercise classes, water aerobics, cognitive brain sessions, holiday themed parties, paint sessions, trivia, baking, and much more. 

What are the minimum and maximum contracted hours?

Our CTRS/Activities Professionals can be contracted by the hour. Most activities are scheduled for an hour.
